REQUEST SLIP

Form Q/1, revision 12
Request 11-0452. Received: click 21, galaxal 884.

Name of requester: Orven
Date: click 21, galaxal 884

Class requested, tick one: I ☐ · II ☒ · III ☐ · IV ☐

Describe what you are asking for. Use the back of the sheet if you need it.

My eastern boundary is not where my deeds say it is. It is out by about the width of my hand, and it is out by the same amount the whole way along, so it is not the stone leaning and it is not me. I have walked it twice with a line.

I am selling the top half of the parcel to pay for something that is my own business. The buyer's surveyor will not put his name to the plan until somebody says which of the two papers is the right one. I have been told that is not his job to say and I believe him.

I went to the registry at Coombe first. The man there was good to me. He got the sheet out and put it on the counter next to my deeds and the two of them do not agree, and he could not tell me why, and he did not pretend that he could. He said the paper behind the sheet comes here.

The stone is my father's stone. He set it and I have re-bedded it twice and both times I put it back in its own hole, and the hole is where he cut it. I say that because I know what it sounds like when a man says his boundary has shifted, and I would say the same thing in your place.

So I would like to know when it moved and who moved it. I am not saying anybody I am not accusing anybody of anything. I would like a date I can write on the form.

I will pay what it costs.
